Town & Country Real Estate was established in 1966 by Mr. Malcolm Weaver with the intentions to fulfill the need for a good, reputable Real Estate company. The public needed to be able to buy and sell property with reassurance their interests were protected with the guidance of a licensed, friendly and ethical Realtor.

I called regarding a particular property and apparently the person I needed to speak to was too busy to speak with me. After a few minutes, I had to move on, and I expected that they had caller ID and would call me, or that the person who answered the phone would come back to me. That didn't happen. I had cash for the property. They lost out. NOT IMPRESSED!

Excellent customer service!!! I could write a novel about how great Town & Country is, but I’ll just say if you’re looking for a realtor that will treat you the way you want to be treated, look no more!!! Jodi Fountain has made doing business with her such a pleasure! Earlier this week I had issues and questions about a lease agreement. My attorney wanted $500 just to look at it! Jodi took a look at it for me and resolved the issues. Because we have done good business in the past, she wouldn’t accept a dime for her time and effort! Town & Country is a class act!!!
