My call was returned, but I missed it, I then called back but never heard from them again. I also filled out their on line questionnaire regarding the type of home we were interested in and have never heard back. Must have plenty of business?

Buyer beware. Make sure to ask questions. The realestate agent we used was also to selling agent ( which I should have known better). Love the house but a lot of questions were avoided and misrepresented. Should have offered less money to make repairs that were needed and a good agent helping us would have advised us.
