Not only was the tech from BS Locksmith Aurora exactly on time, but also proved to be efficient, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He rekeyed two locks, sold & installed a deadbolt, and informed me of a way to keep one of the doors more secure. And all at very reasonable cost. A terrific job & recommended.

So I was visiting my mom and unfortunately she lost her whole key set while I was here. She had copies of all her keys except her mailbox. I contacted Bslocksmith for a quote and from the beginning he was very quick at responding. We scheduled an appointment for the next day.

Service was fast and friendly. However, the quote amount was significantly different than what I paid. I had other quotes that were less I could have went with. Make sure you confirm that you will only pay what the quote is. My quote said "$19". I paid $89 PLUS a "discounted" service fee of $25 to get back into my house.
