The worst move I have ever had. Only 1 professional mover, the rest were minimum wage workers. When I opened boxes items were just thrown in some upside down and leaking. Baking soda was wrapped like gold and a piece of Waterford crystal was just sitting on top of the box without any paper or plastic.Two pieces of my office furniture are. Broken and I am not sure they can be repaired. DON'T USE THEM

I had a positive experience with Prestige Movers. They moved all of our things from California to Florida in 4 days. We had all of our things already boxed up and ready to load/unload with the exception of a few pieces of furniture so I cannot speak to how they would do with actually boxing your items up but with our furniture they were careful and professional.
I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

We contracted Prestige Movers to pack up the house and then load our Pods. The packing was inconsistent…some boxes were done well, others looked like a 4 year old packed it. We had three packers, obviously one was either new or not trained. When loading, the crew took forever and our bill skyrocketed. Also, they used no straps at key midpoints, so our stuff shifted in transit and we had an avalanche situation when unloading. Professionals would have strapped off the load at least twice per Pod. Lastly, we were overcharged and had to spend the next two weeks wrangling to get charges reversed and

Prestige Movers definitely exceeded expectations! Hands down one of the best moving experiences we’ve ever had, and we’ve moved 19 times - domestic and international, corporate and military. Roger and Porschia’s exceptional approach to customer service is experienced from the first point of contact all the way through to the end when the crew drives away. ***the owner called me after this review was posted. He wanted me to acknowledge that they did come to fix the lamp and the broken wheel on the grill. This is true. He denies that his employees damaged and tried to repair the foot of the dresser without me knowing.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!! we had to move out of two storage units and our apartment and these guys did it in 4 hours flat! so impressive! we were so happy with their service we would recommend them to everyone. they were efficient, fast, careful and very respectful. we had 4 guys come and Roger and they were a well-oiled machine. VERY affordable and i will definitely be using them for my next move. Thank you Roger and Team!

I cannot give enough stars or thank Roger and his team enough for helping us with our family move. Their pricing is fair and I liked that we did not share the truck with other families. The truck came to our house and then met us 1 week later across the country. I will admit, we did lose a dolly and a planter, and we will never know how that happened, but overall the results were worth that mystery. Thank you.

Before you consider using this company, stop and don't do it.
Roger came to our house and storage unit and sent only 1 truck. Roger said the truck would pick up the storage unit stuff first and go to the house second. They were late and went to the house first instead of the storage unit first. I sent them to the storage unit. When they came back to the house, it took all day to load the truck even though we only had 3 beds and a kitchen table. The rest was boxes. And towards they end they realized they needed a second truck. Waited forever for a second truck but that meant my stuff was split

If you want to support a small local business, this is the one. Prestige Movers are a very professional service. I appreciate the delicate care they used handling my grandmothers antique furniture. Some items were very heavy and had to be maneuvered from the second floor which made me a little nervous. But these guys were obviously experienced because they had no problems. Thank you Prestige Movers. I will definitely use you in the future!!

I'm not sure what happened to all these people leaving negative reviews. I had a great experience. We recently moved from Escondido to Temecula and were bouncing between two moving companies, Prestige Movers and another located in Murrieta. Prestige Movers were able to take the list of items that I would need to be moved and give me great quote. In fact, it was about $600-$1000 less than the other quotes I received from several other companies for two trucks and four workers.

I had a horrible experience with my last movers that I found on Groupon, so needless to say, I was a bit skeptical and worried that I'd have a similar outcome. It increased even more when I called to confirm the day before the move and they didn't ask me my name, but they confirmed the details when I asked them to. Little did I know, I had always been speaking to the owner throughout the process and he knew the details of my move in and out.

Omg. Albert and Joe did the most amazing job today. As a Realtor, I need movers for my clients that are 100% reliable 100% of the time. And this company is all that and more. Show up on time and get the job done.

Great Moving Company. Two thumbs up!
I had the best experience today (3/22/20).
We all know moving is beyond stressful. I lost sleep over it. My friend Liz recommended me this company. I moved from Long Beach to San Diego. I had 3 very nice ,polite, efficient movers show up at my house on time this am. They wrapped my furniture perfectly and was very careful with it. I have been worried sick that my storage that it was to small but The Prestige movers worked magic! Don't ask my how but i even have some spare space im my storage. Kai,Sean and Juan THANK YOU for makimg this so easy.

Prestige was awesome!!! The initial experience with Roger, getting the quote and working through how to manage everything was really awesome. He gave great cost saving tips and accommodated every one of our needs. Then our team of movers, Albert and his boys, went above and beyond to ensure our moving experience was an incredible one. They took their time and took the best care of all of our possessions. Not a single thing was damaged when it arrived. They also spent the time to put everything back together as it was in our old house. I can't say enough good things about Prestige! They were a HUGE

This review is long over due. The guys at Prestige Movers squeezed us in last summer when we made a local move on short notice after buying a house we were not planning to buy. It was only two miles driveway to driveway but they packed like it was 2,000 miles. They were safe, careful, efficient and polite. And they liked the pizza I bought for lunch. It was a big move out of a four bedroom house with a large three car garage where we had lived for 25 years. They moved stuff I had forgotten I had. They moved my anvil!! It was a long day but they did it faster than I expected they would as it took

Prestige moved us form Escondido to Arkansas and did a fantastic job. Movers arrived about an hour after we did and got us all set up before heading out.
Everything was handled with professionalism and care. Not only do you want your things to end up where YOU do but also to end up in the condition in which you sent them. These guys are awesome.
I've already recommended them to friends moving out of CA.

Roger is great and all the guys that work for him are very professional and awesome! They are all hard workers and really polite and courteous.
