Top Shelf Delivery & Moving

We’ve used these movers twice, and while they’re super nice guys, their pricing is misleading. I had 3 movers come help unpack and assemble furniture and was charged $575 for 1.5 hours of work.
They claimed there was a minimum 3 hour charge and a box removal fee - they couldn’t even take all the boxes and I had to haul them away myself. They never mentioned a 3 hour minimum charge either. I’ve tried getting in contact with the owner twice now and he’s non-responsive.
Won’t be using them again.

A top notch moving company! The coordination with Roy was thorough and flexible since our escrow close timeline was uncertain. The moving team was prompt (actually early) and completed what was estimated as a 6 hour job in just over 3.5 hours with no damage to our furniture. They made the most stressful day of moving a breeze. Josh and Allen were heaven sent. Not only did they move with a purpose but they were also funny. We have three stories and lots of heavy boxes. They were done faster than I imagined. It was a pleasure working and talking to Roy and I appreciate him getting me in and getting the job done. When others were trying to over charge and make the process complicated. He had the best rates, communication and workers. Top Shelf Movers we’re perfect for my local move. Roy at the office worked around my closing schedule. I had to change the move date several times and he gave me new dates each time with no problem. The moving crew arrived on time, they were courteous and professional. They loaded and unpacked the truck very efficiently and took good care to place our boxes where we needed them and were careful not to damage our new home. Their hourly rates are very competitive, and the job was completed in less time than I anticipated, so I would definitely recommend Top Shelf Movers.

Great customer service! Roy was instrumental in the planning of our move. He was upfront about the cost per hour and the cost of any materials that might be needed. The guys he sent out to perform the move were very friendly and hard workers. They were very careful with our items an placed shrink wrap on the furniture for protection.This was by far the best moving experience we have ever had! I would recommend Top Shelf Delivery and Moving 100%!!
