Inside Humidity was @77 percent, when the service started and by the time he finished the inside humidity had dropped to the mid 60s. As he was leaving he said the humidity could go even lower.
Instead it has crept back up to 72% inside Humidity???
Very pleased with the Tech & service.
I will call & get proper instructions on how to set to help keep inside humidity down.

We have been under contract with Key to Cool for years. We love this company. Their technicians are forthright, do not try to sell you things you do not need, and are very professional.
