Hi my name is Scott Laatsch. My family and I live here in Naples Florida. We moved here about 10 years ago from Green Bay Wisconsin and enjoy living in this beautiful paradise. I've been in the air conditioning and heating business my whole life. My dad ran his own HVAC business, so as far back as I can remember I've been doing this type of work.
I went to college and recieved my associate degree in HVACR from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. I'm certified in a wide variety of technical areas and I take my profession very seriously. I am proud to have passed the rigorous testing to become a licensed HVAC contractor here in Florida. I run a small reputable business but don't mistake my business size for lack of knowledge.

The AC went out one weekend and after trying different places, this was the one that was willing to come out that day, quickly, without charging a fortune. Initially I left a message on Saturday, and heard back within 10 minutes. The problem turned out to be caused by something we were already aware of, though we did not realize it at the time. The price we were quoted with much less than what we had previously been told by a different company. It was done very quickly as well. We absolutely highly recommend Complete Care Air, and will definitely use them again

Since moving here 5 years ago, I have been through 3 other AC Companies, which turned out to be nightmares! I found Complete Care Air online and called based on the ratings & reviews. They are THE BEST!!! They came out last year on Father's Day when my AC stopped working. Their Service is Excellent, Knowledgable Guys, Reasonable Rates & they offer 24/7 emergency service, as well, which came in handy, as I had a very elderly and ill dog who was prone to heat stroke when my AC went out in the Heat of the Summer!!!

Highly recommend this company! Came home from work to no A/C, they had a tech out first thing in the morning to fix it. Cameron was awesome, very professional and personable. Repair took time and I felt completely comfortable leaving him working at the home while I had to leave. Could not be happier with the service provided!

We had a A/C unit at a rental that wasn't keeping up with the heat. We called on a Sunday evening and Scott came by Monday before lunchtime. He checked everything with the system and cleaned the filters. He was extremely prompt, honest and fair. Turns out everything was fine but the filters were clogged up. We would not hesitate to recommend complete care air to anyone in Naples looking for a reliable and honest AC company.
