I had been researching pellet boilers for more than a year. It was suggested that I contact Sunwood Biomass as they carry MeSys pellet furnace. I am very glad I did. From the moment I contacted them I was at ease knowing I had contacted the right company. Frank explained everything in words I could understand not using terminology I needed a degree to know. I would strongly recommend Sunwood biomass to anyone looking to replace a heating system. These guys clearly know their stuff when it comes to heating with wood (pellet or cord wood). Dave and Marc (the owners) are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced. After Dave came to my home for a site visit in September, I immediately knew that I had called the right company. I never even looked at other pellet boiler retailers/installers after that visit. He answered all of my questions and made all of my requests possible. I chose SunWood because of the time and care Dave Frank took with me, the expertise that was clearly on display, and the fact that he worked to educate me and not just sell me a system.
That level of service even before the sale made a big impression on me. I had three other estimates in hand before I met with Dave, but no other contractor (all well rated on the web) did what he did, including ensuring that the system was sized right for our home and heating needs.
