Services
Unlike residential heating systems, commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning requires advanced expertise. Installation of these much larger systems frequently requires a higher level of manpower and intricate, on-site assembly with specialized tools.

Moreover, advanced controlling schemes are often required to allow the staging and sequencing of multiple burners - these controls allow customer to get the most out of their heating system both in terms of heat and efficiency. As with residential installations, Conti Oil uses only time-proven brands to provide clients the reliability and efficiency they need and deserve throughout the year.
Although oil heat is widely recognized as one of the safest, and most cost-effective methods of providing heat to a home or business, failure to maintain and preserve one's fuel storage system can lead to extensive environmental damage, and costly cleanups. In fact, the average cost of cleaning up a residential oil leak can range between $20,000 and $50,000.
Like any machine, oil heating systems require constant care and maintenance to perform reliably at peak efficiency. And, like other machines, heating systems are prone to both failure and malfunctions. Conti Oil's service technicians have decades of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting issues on both gas and oil-based systems.
The tank must have four legs, and be on a stable foundation (not leaning, tipping or in contact with anything but steel tank legs). The tank and tank legs must be free of any cracks, significant corrosion, pitting, rust, dents, or bulges; likewise the tank filter, valves and fittings must be free of drips, leaks and any other sign of actual or suspected spills.

Go with another oil company. Period.
Conti was amazing on our first interaction. Friendly, prompt and professional. As time went on, they started to care less and less about me as a customer. I called for service and they said they couldn’t do it because of the system (which they serviced and said was fine a year before). After having to switch from one system to another I asked them to do a different service which they agreed to. They never showed up (caused me to take a day off for nothing) then said it was never scheduled. Called to schedule it a second time and they never got back. Called

About 16 ago they were great. Lately their whole presence is just been a pain in the butt for me. So I went to pay a bill... And I received a receipt for my payment. The next month I got a bill for money due that was more than the previous month oil not included. They by mistake (so they say) deducted 2 payments from my amount due, saying afterwards I only made 1 payment. That's why the bill amount increased. For the amount they said I didn't pay. can't prove that I did or didn't. So Next l agreed to increase my monthly budget payment to catch up next pain in the butt, I got a notice that I must

Let me be clear that I assume most fuel dealers are like this as they have nearly zero economic incentive to provide great customer service.
When we moved into our house, it was serviced by Conti. We liked that they were a very local company... The first time we called, the owner came to our house! So, we stuck with them and didn't shop around or anything.
Our first winter in the house we ran out of fuel 3-4 times. Each time we called days ahead of time to tell them that we were dangerously low on fuel. "You are on the schedule," they assured us, yet they wouldn't show up until 2AM when we were

I love Conti's. I called them to let them know I wanted to order 200 gallons of oil. They scheduled it for the next week, although they offered dates sooner. The date the following week was the most convenient for me, so that was why I chose it.

The only hitch was they asked for cash on delivery, although they didn't mention this on the phone. I still give them five stars because they called, asked for payment, and I was able to give them a payment over the phone with absolutely no delay in delivery. It was great!

Double plus, the people I talked to each and every time were courteous
