This company is fantastic. My original call out was for a small repair to the substructure of the porch roof. Hayden Black came out and looked at the area for repair and sent his witkers to action. They found another small area needing repaired and tackled it as well. Hayden was on top of things the entire process. We than had a conflicting report the roof was in desperate need of repair by a competitor company. Hayden took the time to come out and go over my entire roof and showed me what was in need of repair and what wasn't. He was very honest and professional and could have easily said it needed

I am currently residing in Ohio, and received a dreaded email from my tenant in SC. My roof was leaking and water was coming in the top of the kitchen window. I called Brown's in Rock Hill and they sent out a VERY AWESOME gentleman by the name of Alex. Alex confirmed that not only did I have a leak, but he felt I had extensive hail damage based on his inspection. Alex encouraged me to file a claim with my insurance carrier. He walked me through the entire process. They initially stated I didn't have enough damage to cover the roof, but Alex showed me photos that suggested otherwise. He helped me

Alex came to see us after we called regarding a leak we discovered. He was polite and courteous, knowledgeable and importantly... honest! He sent his team out to fix the problem we had. This is a great company. Alex came out he inspected my roof and told me I needed a new roof. He was very thorough with me on how they would come out and put my roof on and helping me get the insurance to pay for my roof. The guys worked very hard when they put my roof on and they cleaned up after they put the roof on. My experience with this company was very great. Thank you Alex for all the great work.
