I lived here for 6 years. If you can stand having your water often shut off because if they have to work on something, everybody gets shut off since there's only one shut off for the entire place. It was miserable. Also, management has their favorites who get different treatment than others. Parking was always an issue because there are not enough spaces. Therefore, you come home with groceries etc. and have to park way off in the second parking lot because someone has taken your assigned space. Didn't work for me and I was so glad to get out of there finally.

I've lived here for almost a year now and it really has been a good experience. The manager, Karen is great and very understanding. She seems to be on top of things and let's the community know if something is going to be worked on since the complex was built in '71. Although the apartments are a bit older, these minor maintenance issues have not affected mine, nor my fiancé's, every day life. Karen also lives on the premises for any 24/7 maintenance concerns. The complex is quiet except for the afternoon children that play or the occasional barking of dogs. If you're

I really like this place. Driving around Alpine recently, my friend and I stopped to check it out. Alpine Terrace is private, secluded and has a real mountain feel to it. There are an assortment of units and a very nice, capable on-site property manager.
I am so over the beach scene and really want to try living out in the great outdoors, away from planes and urban decay all around me. It's time to get back to nature. 5 YELP STARS for this very nice property.
