Highly recommend living here. Beth is awesome and is always willing to help. The neighborhood is very calm and peaceful and definitely kid friendly. My family and I have lived here for over 6 months now. Beth has made some major improvements here and because of her we plan on staying. Thank you Beth!

I Moved in 2 years ago and was told by the then manager Christi I would get a security screen door after I renewed my lease after 6 months.
Renewed the lease in April and by July still not security door - she kept saying they were out of them and it was very hot and I wasn't able to leave my front door open and I have 2 small dogs. I had to threaten to contact the corporate office which is not easy to do.
Also, my assigned parking spot was the further spot next to the rear gate and my unit is at the far northeast corner of the complex - I had to walk from end to end for over a year.

Been living here for 2 years, the worst place I've ever lived, and I've lived at a lot of places. Takes months for them to fix anything in our apartment , nails sticking out of our carpet, I told management 3 times, their solution was to give me a carpet cleaning card. Want closet doors? Good luck, the damn things always derail. I asked them to fix it 3 months ago, no one showed even with a follow up call. Front bathroom flooded, told management, nothing happened, toilet is still broken as I speak. Oh, forgot to mention, there are termites in our walls...they did nothing! Kids aren't allowed to

This place doesn't even deserve a one star. The amount of problems I have had is unbelievable! The day we moved in I found dead roaches in the kitchen cabinets that they were to lazy to clean before we did our walk through. Those were not the only roaches we saw in the apartment after that. The complex is infested with roaches! The manager told us we would have extra storage on the patio but the day we moved in we found a water heater in our storage that she neglected to tell us was going to be there. Total turn around...it went from one of the worst apartments in lakeside to one of the best. i have been a resident since April and i have seen the complete turnaround from these apartments. maintence is great and they continue to improve! the residents are good (at least in my corner)!! overall, 4 out of 5 stars!!!
