Absolutely great service. We bought a new safe and had to have the old one removed. They had to come back a few times as It had been industrially glued to the floor and was nearly impossible to move, but with much persistence they were able to remove it. Went in knowing what we needed. Knowledgeable person waited on me. Total would have been $1000.00 or more. Estimate to be emailed. Never received. Call left message nothing returned. Used to go there for a long time. Now no more. Explain to others how I feel. Including our Home Owners Association wh where I am a member.

Great place!!! I've been here a number of times and they're always so helpful. Today I had problems with a lock and Josh help me to fix it and didn't even charge me. Where do you find people like that anymore? I highly recommend this place for any work that you need regarding locks, safe and deadbolts.

TAL upgraded my home's deadbolts and later they installed a gun safe. I appreciated the quality and efficiency of their work. I comparison priced the safe and installation at other locksmiths and retailers. TAL was about $150 less expensive. I also like the fact that they dissuaded me from costly add-ons associated with my lock upgrades. TAL is a square-dealing business that I have grown to trust for my security needs.

I've had issues before with local locksmiths not being able to accurately duplicate an automotive key.
I first called to find out if they were able to copy an older Lexus key. Very courteous on the phone and honest upfront that they could do most of them. I went to have the key duplicated and was very pleased with the friendliness and service.

I went in here, my knowledge of safes and locks, go as far as it keeps things out. Josh helped me get the right lock and safe and was very friendly about it. I am 100% satisfied and will go back for repeat business... Be careful, there is a website claiming to be the real deal, which they are not... THANKSALOCK(.COM) is the best
