The kindest and most professional individual I have ever dealt with. We bought a new house and needed to change
All of the locks. I made an appointment for late afternoon and today I realized I wanted Joe to come earlier. He was very accommodating. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me great advice about my locks. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Joe again for any lock issues.

I cannot say enough good things about Joe. We are from Ohio and needed someone ASAP to change our locks to our condo while we were in town and he responded immediately and was able to come 30 minutes after we first spoke and he changed our locks, give us all new keys, and was done within THIRTY MINUTES!!! Such a fast and reliable company.

Joe has to be the MOST accommodating person in the world. I called him to come and look at locks I was thinking of replacing....he came, gave me advice, no charge. Then, I decided to keep them, but have my doors fixed...he came, took the locks off, and will return later to reinstall them. I have never received such prompt, polite, " no problem" service in my life! USE JOE....YOU WILL THANK ME.

I can't recommend Joe enough. I called needing to have a new handleset and deadbolt on my door and within an hour he was there, mask and all. Within 30 minutes after that he was finished and the job was done superbly. He even taught me a few tricks should I need them in the future.
I have a few more doors to do in the future and there's no doubt who I'll be calling.

I called Joe to install a new electronic deadbolt I had purchased that I was unable to install myself. My door needed a larger hole cut for the deadbolt to fit and I was unwilling to attempt that for fear of creating a mess. I called Joe and he explained that he had just finished a job doing the exact same thing for another customer. Joe even offered to come out and do the install the same day.
Joe didn't try to pressure me into buying a lock from him and told me the Yale lock I purchased was actually a very good lock. He said he could install it in 20 minutes - no problem.

PBC Locksmith Boca Raton are amazing! I was house/cat sitting when the electric lock gave out. I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me but he is awesome! I don't know if he was in the area or not but he arrived so fast. I was very happy that my identity was verified first, super professional. Thankfully the lock was pickable, and I was able to move on with the day. He really saved me and the house owner. Otherwise there was gonna be a 3 hour drive just to give me a key. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat! Did I mention it was Christmas Day?
