I can't recommended them enough. Mike and the rest of his staff are fantastic!
My car was broken into and they punched out the lock. I was looking at an expensive fix to get the lock reinstalled and then reprogrammed to match the key fob...
Mike came up with a work around that saved me MUCHO $$$. He went out of his way to help me out.
I've been to the shop a few times now and every single time I've driven out feeling like my car looked even better. Plus, Mike and the staff make you feel like they really care. It's personalized and professional work.

First things first they where completely honest with me from the beginning and that one thing I love about this auto body shop.. because I myself as a girl we get scammed the most when it comes to car issues ! Let's face it 70% of us girls don't have a clue about cars and when it comes to car repairs ! But they where very informative . I had to leave my car there for couple of days but the guys would call me and text me for all updates and what was being worked on . I'm very satisfied and happy with my car results and with their customer

Just like everyone else has mentioned, Mike and Angie will treat you like family from start to the end. I was in for a claim with Allstate after getting rear-ended and although the damage was bad (front & back), I got my car back within a week of dropping off my car. The car was thoroughly washed and sanitized when I picked it up and it almost looks brand-new now. Appreciated how they kept me updated throughout the process and I'll certainly be back with other bodywork issues in the future.

This is an interesting Habitat Restore location. If you buy anything you NEED your own person to help you get it out of the store and into your car or truck. There are signs on the larger items that tell you this point blank. Chairs as in dining room, office, etc. are very cheap such as $15 and up. They also have a ton of lamps at this location.

A BIG thank you to Mike and Angie for being prompt, responsible, timely and very, very professional. I had a minor accident earlier this year and had been holding off on repairs. I was recommended Precise Auto Body by my insurance company.
I dropped off the car on a Tuesday and it was ready within a week. The quality of workmanship is great! All along, Angie kept me in the loop and provided updates.

5 years ago, a tow truck damaged my Range Rover when it hit the overhang of my building. Their insurance paid for the repairs at Precise Auto Body and it looked like nothing had ever happened to my car.
So I had always planned to give them more business. I bought a new range rover and it was missing a bolt on the tail gate strut.
I ordered the part from the dealer and they were going to charge me $500 for 2hrs labor to screw it in.
Instead, I took it to Precise Auto Body and they took a look at it. They decided to check if the thread was stripped. So they found a bolt that fit and screwed it

I had thought I lost my car forever after an accident in July. (Insurance was no help) Again after visiting a few auto body shops and hearing the cost of repairs my hopes had fallen even further.
Precise came through with a quote that I could not believe. I figured at that cost compared to other shops, I'd be getting something less than it used to be. I accepted thinking that I'd rather have my car at 75% than not have it at all.
I saw my car and almost hugged them.. but then remembered covid. The car looks like new and it is definitely 100

I had a small problem that was making a huge difference. My car was not safe to drive. This body shop is right around the corner from my house-that's why I chose them. They fixed my problem in 10 min at NO CHARGE!

Fantastic customer service! It's always a gamble when choosing a place for car repairs but Precise Auto Body was just what I was looking for. Mike (I think he is the owner/manager) was super accommodating to my schedule and kept me updated every step of the process - my repair was even completed a week earlier than quoted! Just a overall positive experience and would recommend to anyone in the LA area who needs a trustworthy repair shop that does quality work.

At Precise you can expect unbelievable service. The staff are friendly, courteous and attentive to detail. After my vehicle was damaged in a collision my insurance company pointed to Precise where I made an appointment for inspection and repair. Upon arrival at Precise Auto Body I was promptly greeted and my vehicle was immediately taken for inspection. Front of the house staff were well aware and informed and called for a complimentary ride to my insurance’s car rental service. This is a great shop, the owners are kind and accommodating, I would recommend servicing your vehicle here.

I got vandalized in my parking garage of my apartment!! Can you believe that crap! And when I found my window broken and my car dented...I was seriously pissed! Not only did it ruin the plans for that day but it also took time in taking my car to get fixed and getting things figured out with my insurance.
The first place that my insurance recommended...I said hell to the no after the receptionist answering the phone sounded like she was 5 years old and had no clue about anything. I mean come on you work in a body shop at least understand when I say that I need to get my car fixed.

I don't recommend this place . I made an appointment with two weeks because my INSURANCE INFINITY SEND TO THIS PLACE .
When I arrived they didn't have any Available space for my car . So they told comeback next week.

We come home after thanksgiving vacation and we find our car was broken into. Frustrating enough our personal belongings used for work were stolen.
We couldn't recover our entire loss but the customer service I received from this body shop made me forget what I was going through. I sincerely appreciate the family down in Precise Auto body and wish nothing but the best for them.

This place was so great. Fast, easy, straight-forward customer service (which is hard to find in an auto-body shop).
I had an accident and went through the other person's insurance (Safeco). Everything was so super easy and simple.
Mike was really great to work with.
My car is in perfect shape now AND they brought it back to me looking clean and shiny!
Hopefully I won't need to, but if anything comes up with my car, I will definitely go back here.
