George and his crew delivered my BMW Z4 yesterday which had received extensive front end damage due to a concrete stanchion. Frankly, I was surprised and delighted with how wonderful my car looked. They managed to put it back into pristine condition. I am not only pleased, but entirely grateful for their work and attention to detail.

They did a terrible job replacing a smashed driver side door on a 1 year old truck. They sanded the hood to get it to match (for some reason) but many scratches are still there. I asked them to fix it and remove the scratches they put it and they did a terrible job fixing it. If you are picky please take it to somebody else. Consumer beware.

Called AAA for a blown tire. Chesaning Body Shop was chosen. My home is 45 minutes away and took some doing to get a ride back to my car to meet the tow truck. Because AAA didn't notify him of ths cancellation he made two trips to my vehicle. When he couldn't get the spare off he took it back to his shop per policy BUT instead of leaving it till Monday he skipped his lunch and spent TWO HOURS getting it off the bracket and putting it on the wheel. A big Thank You.
