I provide holistic full body massage in my treatment room here in Benson or a mobile service from the comfort of your own home or office. All my massages are tailored based on your needs following a short consultation, for me to find out about your lifestyle and for us to discuss any particular problems areas in your body that you want me to focus on.
The main purpose of this style of massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. It also eases physical aches and pains by easing muscle tension, stretching ligaments and tendons and soothing the nervous system. Deep tissue massage uses slow, deliberate movements to focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep under your skin.

I had a 90 minute full body massage with Kelly and it was really wonderful - so good I nearly cried! I carry a lot of tension in my body and she really took her time to seek out and treat my various knots and tensions.
I walked out a different woman - certainly a more upright one! The massage was one of the best I’ve had and in a truly beautiful, relaxing setting.
I can’t recommend her highly enough.
