I went to get help with Sciatica pain I was having. I could not hardly stand to be touched in the area of the pain. It did not take Cindy long to get me some relief from the pain. After the massage, I was able to sleep better and had more energy. The key to getting help is to communicate exactly where the pain is so the that area can be addressed.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism
This place is extremely unprofessional. My boyfriend and I showed up in person and made an appointment to be there at 4:00PM a week in advance, got there and they attempted to tell me and my boyfriend to come back at 5:30PM since they were already taking back other clients for a couples massage.
Due to I'm sure wanting business and overbooking, they attempted to accused my boyfriend and I of lying in front of the other clients, claiming we got the day wrong when we scheduled it and they had it listed and hand written in their books.

I don't really leave a ton of reviews, but since I went here based on the business's current 4.5 star review, I felt I should at least try to give the next person a heads up. Long story short the full body massage I got was probably the worst I've ever had. All the masseur did was push down at a few points up and down my back for the entire appointment. She never put any serious pressure into it, even after I asked for her to go deeper. She walked on my back, but that was uncoordinated as well. She missed huge pressure points throughout my body, and barely even attempted to massage

This was my first massage in Augusta and I waited until the last minute to book so I called over 10 places and there were the only ones available .
I have had tension headaches for about three week and my neck and back have been killing me. They did a great job today for our walk in appointment .
So many other expensive ones had such bad reviews !

This was my second time here. Both times I came for 1 hour foot massage. I occasionally get plantar fasciitis flare up and when that happens s all I want is take my feet off. Both times I came limping and got back with new, relaxed feet. They do Fantastic job. Prices are super reasonable. With COVID they do temperature check, masks, etc. it's very clean and these ladies get job done. My favorite place.

I went in with a specific muscle issue I wanted to be addressed, but I don't think English translation was a strong point. What I needed was a therapeutic massage focusing on a specific area, but got a general massage. The masseuse did a very good job, very professional and respectful. I would go again for a garden variety massage. As for privacy and respect, I was shown a room where I laid face down. The masseuse came in, did the required 1/2 hour satisfactorily, and stepped out to leave me to dress. I do recommend for a general massage.

I visit almost once a week and can’t say enough about this sweet, hardworking staff! The hours work great for a business owner like myself and they give the BEST foot massage in town! I highly recommend this place to everyone! An hour foot massage for $30 in a relaxing and calming environment is just what I need after being on my feet all week. You are greeting and quickly sat in one of their comfortable recliners while your feet soak in a nice warm bath. Then the amazing foot massage begins that is concluded with hot stones!

Walked in after reading the most recent reviews and was pleased with my decision. I really wanted reflexology but after looking at the packages decided to get a combination. They were very professional and the facility is no frills but clean and organized. My masseuse was excellent and I felt so much better after the massage

I went in because I had a monster of a knot running along the the left side of my back lower back to my shoulder blade. The girl I had couldn't have been much over a hundred pounds and she was strong as an ox..seriously. Blew my mind when I got in the lobby after and saw how tiny she was.
She stretched and mobilized my shoulders to get in deep to the problem area inside my shoulder blade. Definitely knew what she was doing, and worked the hell out of it. If it flairs up again before heading home I will undoubtedly be going back and hopefully getting worked the same way. Highly recommend

1. The spa treatment. You want to be treated like Beyonce, aromatherapy, fluffy white robes, and a posh atmosphere.
2. Clinical. You're here because you're in pain and you need someone help with that. You want someone to find every knot on your body and do their damndest to work it out.
This place is the latter.

Quick background: I have a local masseuse (Sandy Black, LMT) that I go to about once every two weeks. Recently, I backed off my anti-depressants (doctor supervised) and the withdraws were rough. The doc recommended massage. Yesterday was particularly rough and Sandy couldn't take me as a walk-in (she's usually booked about 2 weeks out) so I was looking for somewhere close by that takes walk ins. Usually best massage in town over past 3 years but today wasn't even relaxing after 90 minutes. Wanted deep tissue and think she spent more time just running her hands in circles on top of the sheet I was covered in (guessing at least 30 - 40 minutes). Shoulders and neck still as stiff as when I went in. Will give it another shot and n a few weeks. UPDATE: Every massage after Tim's one has been great!!!!
