My PC crashed, I thought it was going to be a total loss. They saved all my data, and installed a solid-state hard drive, restored all my data and programs. 100% of everything works perfectly and is so much faster than before. After hiring and paying Area 51 PC $150.00 to swap out a motherboard & CPU from my PC, the technician that did the work, "Reese", arbitrarily referred to my PC as "gaudy".
It would behoove Reese to show slightly more professionalism and leave his unsolicited opinions of his customer's PC's at the door. He may never know who he is doing business with. In my case, a retired Desktop Engineer that managed the OS and system software and configuration of 5000 employee notebooks for the U.S. Dept of Education.

New to the gaming PC world and and my pre-built rig had some weird symptoms. Brought it in and the team was able to diagnose and repair (replace faulty components) quickly and cheaply. I was quoted a price for special diagnosis and when I received the call that it was ready for pick up, my bill including parts and labor was less than quoted! I was truly surprised. If myself or anyone I know need any help, this is the only place I’ll be referring! Great job Area 51! Not to mention, the “atmosphere” is super cool!

We needed our new computer to have its windows 10 installed along with all the information from our old system .. The installation was done and we now have a functioning up to date system ..
We had a small glitch crop up with an old "quicken" installation .. It was dealt with after a return to Area 51 .. All is well and we were never charged for their additional efforts..
We plan to go back to repair a really serious problem with stacking screens , but not for a while due to other priorities .. This seems it will be a good test of their abilities when the time

I went into Area 51 PC looking to get my computer repaired. I walked in the store and the décor was like wow this place is amazing. It was alien themed with newspaper articles and their certifications on the wall with a nice little space ship that crash landed into their roof. The guys there are phenomenal. They contacted me and told me where they were at every step of the way and they made sure that I understood what was wrong and told me the diagnosis. Keep up the great work, I will be sending all my friends and family here for their computer repair needs.
