I found myself short of motherboard standoffs of a certain height and thread size. After calling a few other places to speak with people who either didn't have any, or they didn't even know what I was talking about, I called the guys at SmarTeks. As any properly supplied computer store should, they had a bin of standoffs of various heights and thread sizes. They let me pick a few of the correct ones, and they gave them to me at no charge. Much appreciated!

I've used these guys 3 times now and every time it's been absolutely fantastic. James has helped me out the first 2 times (SSD wasn't working properly) with a bit on this last time. He did this 3rd time as well and Stephen talked me though the booting problem I was having. I consider myself pretty technically competent, but these guys make it easy. Thank you!!

My husband and I both use our computers daily! Both were slowing down recently, plus we wanted to switch up to Microsoft 10, so we called Computer Medic which we’ve used since Mike started it years & years… ago!
They used to work on it from their office or come out to the house and it was done in a few hours...for about $200, plus any necessary parts! Good job, great computer guys with great suggestions! Now, We were told to bring them in, but that unless a ‘rush’ charge of $200 was paid, they could take as long as a week! What? We can’t lose them for that long

Computers always seem to crash at the worst times! I had projects due and work that couldn't wait so I called Rick who had me bring my laptop in right away. He and his amazing staff had it fixed and back to me in less than 24 hrs. I didn't miss a deadline! He is the best around and the only one we trust with our computers.
