As someone who pays attention to detail, I can say I am very pleased that we let you list and sell our house. The home has always been special to Brenda and me. In this insane time of buying and selling homes, I decided it was time to sell my home. I hired an agent which was referred by a friend. She assured me my house would sell within approximately three weeks. After two months, I realized she was waiting for buyers to call her. She wasn’t actively looking for a buyer. I terminated the agreement after three months. I think it was shown five times.

We tried to sell our house with this group two years ago. It was a disaster. We were out of state, they didn't bother checking the house for cleanliness, bugs etc. Rarely bothered passing on the full feedback, communication was poor. They seemed only interested in saying positive, but meaningless, things. We eventually decided we couldn't sell through them and tried to leave the contract. Our home builders were having to hold our house until we either rented that one out, or sold it. It cost is 6k to leave the contract.
