I didn't intend to write this review until I saw her response to Slowgene's review. I already put this matter behind me and moved on long time ago. She opened the old wound. Therefore I might as well shed some more light to this matter.
This woman (Terry) loves to make money by ordering bogus repairs and unnecessary replacement. Against our will, she hired this unlicensed contractor again (her buddy, was banned from doing business with us by Slowgene), charged us the price of a brand new heater but replaced our (10 years) old heater with a savages one from junkyard with no parts and labor warranty

Do not use this realtor to manage your property. She robs you like modern day Jesse James, Black Bart. She loves to have her buddy (an unlicensed contractor) and another 78 years old handyman to do some arbitrary, unauthorized, unnecessary, repair, replacement work. And she will deduct the extraordinary, excessive repair bill from your rent check whether you like or not.
