Green Ridge Physical Therapy & Wellness
Our goal is to work with you to restore and improve "whole body health and function, " and we do that by creating an individualized program that assesses and treats those areas in the body that are not performing to their full potential. With a focus on patient care and satisfaction we utilize a range of manual therapy techniques such as Counterstrain, with hour long, one on one appointments.
Services
We approach every patient with the knowledge that each individual has his or her own unique strengths and challenges. Our interventions aim to bring about changes to structure and function of the body and allow it to reach its full potential to heal and remain healthy.

This is achieved through techniques and strategies that influence multiple systems throughout the body including muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons, fascia, lymphatics, neural tissue, blood flow and fluid movement. These techniques are reinforced with specific exercises designed to restore normal function to the muscles, ligaments and joints and their receptors in a way that best mimics their normal patterns of use.
Green Ridge PT & Wellness places a premium on the time and attention we provide to every patient. Each patient receives "one-on-one" care throughout his/her visit and we strive to schedule as best we can with the same therapist each time. We feel this provides the optimal environment for healing, connection and efficiency of achieving patient goals.
Assist with shorter, easier labor for expectant mothers and shorten maternity hospital stays. Enhance the body's natural defense system by stimulating lymph flow and increasing immunity. Getting a massage can do you a world of good, and with frequency the benefits are long-lasting. Budgeting time and money for bodywork at consistent intervals is truly an investment in your health.
Counterstrain is a gentle, passive, hands-on technique that is able to treat pain and have powerful, long-lasting affect on a wide variety of injuries and chronic issues. It is capable of the normalization of inappropriate reflexes (or tone) stemming from our deep fascia which surrounds muscles, joints, veins, arteries, nerves, organs, the spinal cord and brain.
Q. Do I need a referral from my doctor before I can schedule an appointment for physical therapy? A. No. Direct Access gives patients the potential to start their physical therapy treatment prior to having a referral from their physician; however many insurance plans do require a "prescription/written order" to be on file at the time of the first appointment.

The work that Greg and the entire staff has done on my behalf has been exceptional. From the the front office staff to the physical therapists and the massage therapists. The pain relief I received allows me to have a much higher quality of Life. With all of the staff constantly seeking further education I know I am in the best hands.

I have been seeing Greg for on and off for many years. Always leave "fixed" and in better shape than I arrived. The staff are very friendly and massage therapy is a must!

I’ve seen Greg over the years for numerous sports related injuries. He is extremely knowledgeable and I trust everything he does. I have not experienced this in my past with other PT clinics. I can attribute a full ankle dislocation recovery to Greg and the work he did with me. I am 2 years post injury and I have no pain at all!!!
Rich is an amazing massage therapist there as well as helping me with exercises I needed to do.
And Carol in the front is an absolute delight to schedule and work with.
I would highly recommend Green Ridge Physical Therapy to all!!!!

Greg and his team are hands down the best physical therapists that I have ever dealt with, I drive 45 minutes one way to beautiful Sisters Oregon just to get treated. Everyone at the front desk, the massage therapists and the practitioners are overly knowledgeable and make getting healthy an enjoyable experience.

I highly recommend Green Ridge Physical Therapy. I have been seeing Greg Zadow for chronic shoulder problems caused by car accidents, frozen shoulder, and nerve pain. Since I am over 70, I thought there was little hope for me until I started working with Greg. Greg is an experienced and intuitive practitioner who has released the chronic pain I have had for over ten years. Now I am able to go to Zumba dance classes, ride my bike, hike, and do the things I love!
