I have a light filled studio located in West Asheville where I offer maternity, newborn, baby milestone, children, and family photography. I work with talented hair & makeup artists who will pamper you with care and allow you to feel relaxed, confident, & beautiful for your session. I have a closet filled with dresses for Mama, timeless clothing pieces for babies, swaddles and onesies.

I believe children to transform our lives for the better. Whether conceived through your womb or through adoption, children are a gift. I believe motherhood should be celebrated and I hope my work embodies the art of motherhood. My desire is to capture genuine moments of connection, tender joy and affection, family cuddles, and artistic details.
I offer dresses for my maternity sessions. You can choose intimate studio or outdoors. I always welcome dad and children to join in for part of the session. Inquire to learn about my "From Womb To Walking" which is my best collection that allows you to document baby's whole first year. I offer a dress and professional hair and makeup with my newborn sessions.

Lauren is a true talent! I can’t say enough about my experience working with Lauren for her maternity and newborn sessions.The entire experience was AMAZING and executed with so much thought and love. Lauren traveled to the location of my wedding venue outside of Asheville for our maternity shoot. Not only did the photos turn out gorgeous but she made me feel so at ease and comfortable. She is a true professional! Her attention to detail is unlike anything I’ve seen. She offers hair/makeup services and wardrobe options and even helped me style my husbands outfit. Lauren was so amazing to work with! My family and I came through Asheville and wanted family photos in the mountains, and Lauren was so helpful finding the perfect spot at the Biltmore.
She made the entire session so fun and my 3 kids (7,4, and 1) had so much fun. I love that she took the time to connect with them, it made everything so much better!

Lauren is a dream come true for mamas and babies. She is so amazing and thoughtful at what she does. I got my newborn pictures later than suggested but she still made sure I was pampered and captured all the details of my baby too. From the first consultation up to the session, she is there to find out your wants and goals for your session and made them come true with a stres-free experience. Lauren did an amazing job with our newborn photos! She was great to work with from start to finish—detail oriented, easy to communicate with, professional, and timely with getting our pictures back. She brought over her beautiful dresses for me to try on and borrow for the pictures. It was nice to not have to worry about finding an outfit in the midst of giving birth. Lauren handled our newborn with such care and love. The photos are so beautiful and will we cherish them forever.

Lauren is absolutely amazing! It was drizzling but we had already had to reschedule once so we said what the heck let’s give it a shot. I wasn’t sure how my kids would do but Lauren was amazing! She made them laugh and knew exactly how to get them involved and smiling. She got incredible shots and all in less than 30 minutes as the rain started to pick up. I was affirmed we wouldn’t get enough but then she sent me the link and my goodness there were tons and all AMAZING. She captured our family so perfectly. I am so thankful for these forever memories I have of my family.

We booked Lauren for newborn and family photos. She was great to work with and was amazing with the camera. She even brought her dresses for me to try on and borrow for the pictures, which was nice because what mama can go shopping for herself with a newborn baby. My newborn was crying most of the time due to it being cold and she helped this mama not freak out. She is very caring and is great with what does. She captured beautiful photos of our baby and my family. Will definitely book with her again (:
