A limited number of sessions will be available to ensure multiple customers are not in the studio at the same time & proper cleaning can be completed between sessions. Image viewing and product selection will be done maintaining a 6ft distance from customers. Photographers and customers who are fully vaccinated are not required to wear a mask, except where local mask mandates are in place.

The so called photographer put my family in a black background when my children have black black hair. So now the final image looks like they're heads are all cut off. When we asked if we could change the background or look at the other photos she told us it would crash their systems and we get what we get. Save your money and have a random person just take your pictures. Worst experience I've ever had.

Got my son’s newborn photos taken here, sadly the images are very poor quality. The photographer was nice enough but she took terrible images. The angles the photos were taken from make no sense, the lighting is too bright/ overexposed. You could definitely take better photos on your iPhone. I had no time for a redo shoot so sadly these images are what I’m stuck with. Find a studio with more skilled photographers for such milestone moments, I wish I had.

Well, it started off rocky as I was told since they were short staffed I wouldn't be getting to see the pictures or print them. When i got there though, the woman was nice, I had a fussy 2 month old and she did a great job getting her pictures, and making sure my baby was comfortable. I also felt bad because she was trying to eat and attend to the families there. But, after the photo shoot, she told me to wait a minute, and she can show me my pictures, well when she came back she showed me the prettiest pictures of my baby, we went through and picked out adorable pictures, I used my coupon as well

I wouldn’t do pictures here again if you paid me. They rush you through and make you wait hours for the results which are terrible. Because they take someone off the street and see if they can shoot a camera. They will “try” to take their time with baby shoots but that’s a load of bull, they continue to rush the shoot and then load you off with “green screen” shots. The poses don’t even sync with the pictures.
I’d say go find a local photographer and keep them in busy and don’t waste your time here..

I love picture people. Super affordable and all there packages come with all emailed photos and a cd cost $5 extra. I rate it 5 stars because I love how the pictures came out but..... because of covid they have to stay 6 feet And when shirts and hair needed to be corrected to make the photos better they never said anything I had to keep fixing my family. ThAts the only thing I didn’t like and they could of showed us more poses for every family member. But because I know that next time we go I’ll stay on top of it because we paid a lot of money and I want the most perfect pictures I can get

Terrible experience! They failed in every other possible way. The photographer wasnt motivated at all. The green screen was is just horrible (not any close to pics in the gallery they have), really bad bad quality. Not worth the money, dont waste your time. Next year will hire a professional photographer, who will not ruin family Christmas pictures.

Booking appt was great but this place failed in every other possible way.
Our male photographer had to have the manager tell him not to use the backdrop he chose.
He never used any props during our session. I brought my 6 grandkids to be photographed and my daughter of the 2 month old had to hand off her baby to my daughter in law so SHE could arrange the kids to be photographed not just once but multiple times. The 2 month old was in awkward positions because of NO props.
PLUS no coupons would work according to them.
VERY disappointed!! Not going back

I have had pictures done here a few times this last two weeks and Shelly is simply AMAZING! She was so patient with my autistic kid that can’t stay still for very long periods of time and another very energetic toddler-she never got irritable and got very great pictures of our kiddos which we have never been able to do! I would highly recommend Shelly at the picture people to everyone. She’s professional, courteous, and very patient and not to forget-her pictures are amazing...very great photographer! I will be back very soon!
