Rinu did a fantastic job of helping us sell our home quickly and painlessly. We put the house on the market just before Thanksgiving, right after everything had shut down again because of the pandemic. Although everyone always hopes for a higher offer, we got an offer, over our asking price, in five days.

My husband and I had been renting a home in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose and were given the opportunity to purchase the house.
