Laughably slow service and awful food. I see absolutely no reason to try going again. My first trip took almost an hour of waiting for service before we just left. The second time we were served after maybe 30 minutes, eventually got food, and I'd have preferred it been microwaved. I did get leftovers from there a third time and it went right in the trash after a few bites.
The review might sound harsh, but they requested I describe my experience when I left a 1 star review.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Not that the food was bad, because we didn't stay to eat. Sat for 20 minutes & was never greeted or even acknowledged, so we left. Only 2 other customers in the place & didn't even see whoever was working for 15 minutes. She came out of kitchen/back room talking on her phone. Pitiful!

Food and drinks are great, but the couple times I've been here they've had live bands playing, which is cool, but they were incredibly loud. My wife and I sat on the complete opposite corner of the restaurant from the stage area both times we've been there and we had to yell at each other/waiters to communicate the entire time. It's loud enough that it's now a factor considered if we want to go there or not.

The drinks are really good, prices very comparable to the area. We have been twice and each time the food was fantastic. Highly recommend the tomato basil soup and their handmade meatballs. 😀 On days there is live music it is good, but the large open room can be a bit loud. Try the patio seating. You can hear the music and chat.

Heard a lot about this place. Made an effort to come here. Atmosphere was good, bartender was fun. First two appetizers we ordered were not available. Beer of choice taps were not filled. Was handed an empty ketchup bottle. Food was…. mediocre at best. The monster grilled cheese had almost no cheese. Just thick bread. Was fun to hang out but not a place to dine.

My wife and I found our new favorite Bar and Grill , our Server Sara was very friendly and she kept up with her service! The place was very clean and all the staff was friendly! We had sampled several apps and had dinner, every came out fast and it all tasted Amazing!!! My wife had the short Rib sandwich as the Bar Tender recommended and she was not disappointed! Happy wife happy Life!! Thanks Copper Fire for making our evening so enjoyable, we will definitely recommend your business and be back in the near Future!!

Waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accomodating. We sat near the front at first but the music was too loud so she moved us to a table in the back. Also she was quick to replace my Sprite as it had no syrup in it. The food was very good and looked appealing on the plates. The cons were the loud music and there were no napkins on our table and none were offered by the waitress. We stole some from a neighboring table. Restroom was clean too.
