I'm a proud Marylander with a big heart and big dreams. In 2012, I set out to pursue my passion for planning by establishing Sensational Soirees. Since a child, I have not only loved special celebrations, but also celebrating others. We had the honor of working with Sensational Soirees for an event and she did a fabulous job! The owner Shalyce was super easy to communicate with, and easy to get a hold of which made the planning process so much easier. Sensational Soirees is EXCEPTIONAL on all levels. From our initial introduction, I could ascertain that they were the event planner for me. First, I am naturally type A and can manage an event with no problems. For me to allow the owner to partner with me and my OCD tendencies says a lot. It was a month before my baby shower and my shower team and I had NOTHING in place. A friend recommended I reach out to Shylace from Sensational Soirees. I was apprehensive on the idea because of the short time frame. However, after my initial consultation with Shylace I was impressed by her professionalism, knowledge and preparedness for the job. We previously used Sensational Soirees for our son's graduation celebration in 2014 and were so pleased with the services, we decided to use them a second time. So, we contracted Sensational Soirees in January 2017 for our daughters high school graduation celebration on Saturday, June 3, 2017. The STELLAR service provided by Sensational Soirees/Mrs. Tyson was the absolute best, they were professional, timely and executed our vision.
