A retired professional with strong organization, project management, and communication skills, (as well as a healthy dose of love and patience), I have successfully facilitated countless couples with their wedding plans. I have also developed and managed large annual corporate events and several small family and church gatherings.
You have found and booked your venue, finished your guest list, selected your wedding party and most of your vendors, but now you realize that someone has to make sure that all of this falls into place on your wedding day. You don't want your family members or friends to miss any part of your big day, so you need a pro to step in and polish up the details, fill in the gaps and execute your plan.
Guidance through all tasks needed in preparation for the wedding. We will Identify marriage licenses requirements for the jurisdiction where the ceremony will be performed and provide this information to you at least six months prior to the wedding or within 10 days of contract signing. Two on-site Wedding Managers; one to assure that vendors are set up on time, and the second to assure that the bridal party is ready on time.
Contact selected venue on your behalf to schedule a meeting to establish a contract (lock in date), and pay required deposit. Once you decide on which vendors you will chose, we will review all contracts for modifications, omissions, and/or corrections;. Prepare a design plan for ceremony and reception linen and props, including altar, aisles, guest tables, sweetheart/head table, gift table, guest book/card table, and cake/dessert table;.

My husband hired Classic Christian Weddings to plan a surprise birthday party for me with a Bora Bora theme. Our trip to the beautiful island was canceled due to COVID. Mrs. Fay and her team brought Bora Bora to me with beautiful island scenery, tropical flowers, and awesome dining. I was so surprised how they transformed my home to this beautiful island experience. My wife and I hired Mrs. Fay McArthur from Classic Christian Weddings to serve as our wedding reception coordinator.
