Innovations Facial Plastic Surgery
Founded in 2007, the team at Innovations Facial Plastic Surgery is dedicated to providing our patients with safe, effective surgical and non-surgical treatments for the face. As a double board certified facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Verret focuses on the relationship he builds with each patient while helping them understand the procedure process.

Our primary goal is to help our patients through the power of facial plastic surgery to gain confidence and a younger look through the most safe, effective, and appropriate procedure for them.
Services
Thank you again for visiting our practice in Plano, Texas. Based upon Dr. Verret's experience and the experience of many other facial plastic surgeons, we have put together some guidelines for you to use around the time of your procedure. In the Before the Procedure section, you will notice some useful information regarding medications to be aware of, getting prepared for surgery, and what you can eat before surgery.
Stop clear liquid intake at least 4 hours before surgery. Examples of clear liquids include, but are not limited to, water, fruit juices without pulp, carbonated beverages, clear tea, and black coffee. Coffee with milk, creamer, or any other additive is considered a solid food, not a clear liquid. These liquids should not include alcohol.
Certain over the counter medications can effect the ability of the body to form blood clots and stop bleeding. The following list is some of over the counter medications which are known to cause an increase in bleeding tendencies and should be avoided two weeks before and two weeks after surgery. This is not a comprehensive list as most over the counter medications have not been tested for their effects on bleeding or photosensitivity.
There will be a mild to moderate amount of pain and discomfort associated with the blepharoplasty (eyelid) surgery. This should be easily controlled with oral medications. Tylenol with codeine (or equivalent if allergy to codeine exists) is generally sufficient for pain control. The discomfort and pain should begin to decrease within 48 hours after surgery and a significant increase in pain after this period should prompt you to call the office.

I have use Dr Verrett several times for reconstruction from basil cell cancer on my nose, lip and cheek. The experience I would describe as wonderful to have such care and concern from Dr Verret and staff !! His work is phenomenal with very little effects visually. So grateful for the services he provides.

Fantastic experience with Dr Verret. He’s patient, confident and I appreciate his honesty. He removed a pregnancy related tumor on my chin and did a really good job. I will definitely go back to him if the need arises. Veronica is also amazing! Highly recommended.

Had procedure done with Dr. Verret, several years ago. Looked for the info to refer my friend to him. Very surprised to see negative feedback. Can't say anything bad about him. No surprises, smooth recovery. Came in for post up with my little son, and asked Dr about stye on his eye, and was basically given a consult on the spot not to worry about it. Highly recommend.

Pompous a$$. Those are the two words that best describe him. I paged him after my stitches started coming undone one day after the surgery. He was annoyed that I paged him and then went on to tell me that I was wrong and his stitching couldn’t possibly have come undone. My husband later told me that one of his nurses trimmed the ends of the stitching (it was poking me in my eyeball as I was coming out of anesthesia) and likely cut the knot in the process. But rather than talk to me as a human being and learning more about the situation, he was more concerned about telling me I was wrong and he

I deeply regret visiting Dr Verret's office and having him treat two acne scars by injecting cortisone over three years ago. I have suffered fat atrophy on the right side of my face ever since. If you are considering him for treatment I urge you to reconsider.

Dr Verret reconstructed an area on my nose where a cancer had been removed. He is great to work with and very knowledgeable. He was patient to explain to me what he was going to do and the results I should expect. His bedside manner was professional and caring.

I was surprised to read some of these reviews.. I thought the staff was wonderful and Dr. Verret, brilliant. He listens and addresses the issues that bother you... does not push procedures on you, in fact, is reluctant to discuss procedures he feels you really don't need. An example, I wanted to discuss a face lift.. to accomplish what I was wanted we decided Laser Resurfacing would do the trick. He will make a lot less money on the laser...I really like him and find his "bedside manner" wonderful, caring and attentive.

Dr. Verret fixed a hole after my mother had a skin cancer removed. I am amazed because you can't even see the scars. He is truly an artist.
