The staff is patient and kind throughout the entire process. I give each and every one of them kudos including the surgery center staff where my procedure was done!
Everything is always explained thoroughly and no question I have is too silly to ask. They are very sensitive to my concerns and never let me leave without covering everything.
Now…onto the results. I am SO HAPPY!!!

Dr. Slack and his team are more than I could have expected. His consultation was thorough and honest. He gave clear pre and post op instructions that made everything simple. He gave me the option of narcotic or non-narcotic pain control, and I opted for the non-narcotic route. I wouldn’t have done it any other way. I have had limited pain, and the team at the Texas Health Surgery Center was outstanding. Dr. Slack has been available to me at a moments notice when I have had questions. I’m only 4 days out from surgery, and I am moving around better than I expected. I can’t wait to see the results

In my consultation visit with Dr. Slack, he answered all my questions and concerns. I wanted to speak to several doctors before making my decision. After Dr. Slack gave me a thorough process and what I should be expecting, I decided to move forward. I felt very comfortable after speaking to him. He didn't push me to have it done immediately but gave me time to think about it and understand the risks. He listed out the pros and cons so that made it easier for me to decide. Dr. Slack is the best of the best. He truly cares about his work and tries to make it as perfect as possible. He lets you call him day or night with any questions you have (and is gracious when you call)!! My healing was so quick and I healed perfectly. The amount of compliments I’ve received is amazing. Dr. Slack is by far the best doctor in the area! I’ve wanted a breast reduction for 10+ years, and not only did he make that dream a reality, he’s been here through the whole process with patience, kindness and nothing short of professional excellence. He was able to bring me down from an M cup to about a D cup and I could not be happier with the outcome. He did fantastic work, and has been there to answer every question and concern that has come up. The doctor was nice, however his one staff is rude. The lady who gives you the pricing, she didn’t want to schedule anything for me and I am not sure why she wasn’t taking me seriously. I will never go back because of that lady. She need to learn how to treat her customer or maybe it was a special mis treatment for me. I really wanted to go further with treatment if she gave me a feedback but I am not sure what was her problem with me.
