Words can not begin to describe how friendly this husband and wife are who own this place. Took my wife's ring in to get it resized. They got it done in no time. Had one little issue, which was no big deal. Took it back to get it fixed, they got it done in no time. They even remember your name most of the time. If you need any repairs or want to go buy some jewelry, go talk to them for all your needs.

The owner is really friendly and easy to talk with. I bothered him multiple times before I purchase diamond because it was my first experience to get an expensive jewel and I did not know anything about the diamond. I went in and asked him a question and went out for 4 days straight, however, he never showed me rude expression nor irritating face expression. He kindly answered, solve my questionnaire, helped me to purchase and make my new wedding ring looks perfect. Thank you.

Highly recommend Chalet for their customer service. Took my watch I had received for Christmas in to have some links removed, and the man behind the counter was super courteous and informative. He took care of the sizing expeditiously, and checked to make sure it was correct. While I was waiting, I also noticed a nice selection, from watches, to rings. Slightly a small store, but very clean and easy to maneuver nonetheless. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy that new piece, or service an older one.
