Wonderful experience. I had a citizen watch I wasn’t able to wear for a little over a year because I had lost a pin in the watch band. Garner Wallace had it fixed within 1 minute of walking in the door. Friendly people and amazing customer service. I would rate them a 10 if I had more stars available.

Let me start out by telling you this was the best experience I have ever had at a jewelry shop. They were friendly and very knowledgeable and extremely reasonable on how much they charge. I have a Seiko diver watch which I had to take the back off. After I took the back off I did not trust it to go into the water. I took my watch in where I was greeted very friendly with a smile. I told them what I did and expected to have to leave the watch there, they tested on the spot and was out with my watch in 20 minutes. Best service at a great price. They have a customer for life. I went to Garner Wallace to get my vintage rings cleaned up after having them for about a year. I was chatting with the owner while my ring was being cleaned. I've done business with them before and they've always got excellent service.
They've replaced a diamond in a previous ring that fell out, they've bought my old jewelry and gave more than a fair price for it. I can't say enough great things about this business. They're the only jeweler I take my jewelry to. Highly recommended!!! (Also the wife is a gemologist so that's a plus!)

We've been here with two or three watches for everything from battery replacement to complete overhaul of a Tag Heuer. This guy is an complete master with top quality watches, I've never seen anyone better! I've always been treated with such kindness and professionalism and really appreciate the personal service. Garner Wallace was highly recommended to me by a trusted friend to service a family heirloom grandfather clock built in 1800s. William made house call (which was awesome!) where he cleaned & serviced our priceless heirloom. To my amazement William used white Cotten gloves & cloth to ensure each piece was treated with utmost care. I was quite shocked to see William at 27 yrs old come to service a grandfather clock, his wisdom at 27 surpasses experts older in age. William spent 2 hours cleaning, tuning, oiling & inspecting the mechanics of my clock. I was so impressed I asked him to repair

This guy really knows his stuff, and is super friendly to boot! We popped in to see if he could help us out with my husband's Invicta watch that keeps getting off on the day of the week. He took it to the back, put it on some fancy machine, brought it back and said to come back if we had any further issues. He also removed 2 links in my new Michael Kors watch at no charge! I have a vintage German cuckoo clock that had been sick for about 20 years, subject to the attention of a couple of kids. The weights had been pulled too hard and the inner were messed up since my son was young.
I brought this clock to Garner Wallace, found out it was worth much more than I thought, and asked if it was repairable. They said yes, and quoted me a price. When I picked up the clock, it was cleaned and working once again, and they told me that the repairs were not as extensive as they originally quoted, and I only had to pay half the estimate.

The shop was a little hard to find; when turning onto Keller-Hicks it's north behind the appliance store, & the entry door is just off the sidewalk to the right of the salon. It took him less time to replace 2 watch batteries than it did for me to check-in & write my review, & very reasonably priced at just $10 each (a very small surcharge if paying by credit but I didn't mind), clean shop offered Keurig coffee & water, & the gentleman who helped me was very kind. A very pleasant experience & a shop I'll definitely return to.

I received prompt service from them, Todd was out when I returned, (i had to come back a 2nd time) but another gentleman who worked there kindly let me know when he would return. I waited and was impressed by their communication and customer service. They actually buy gold in addition to selling an assortment of nice jewelry too. I sold a few pieces of gold to them after shopping around to see the prices I'd get and Todd was very helpful and informative.
