The SBA 504 loan is a partnership between an SBA Certified Development Company (CDC) and a bank. The loan provides financing for the purchase, renovation, or construction of commercial real estate. The 504 program is designed to help growing businesses secure long-term, fixed-rate financing for the purchase, renovation, or construction of commercial real estate for their businesses with as little as 10% down.

We are required to collect current financial statements such as tax returns on an annual basis. We prefer that you submit them via our secure file transfer system here. To comply with loan requirements, it is required that you have insurance coverage. We must have current evidence of property insurance on all properties we financed at all times.
