The 4 years I lived there went by so quickly; it must be because I had no complaints! Office staff was great to work with, maintenance staff was right on top of everything (and accessible, when necessary!), and living was just plain comfortable! Pricing can be very affordable, especially by Northampton standards, and even moreso if you can split it with roommates!

I've lived in Hathaway Farms for nearly four years and am soon to be moving out only because I took a job elsewhere. Erin in the leasing office is incredibly friendly and welcoming, maintenance is always on-call if something needs attention, and the monthly rent is very reasonable for this area. I moved here from South Carolina so finding a place that felt at home was very important. Everyone at Hathaway Farms made that transition as smooth as possible.

This place is purely utopian. This summer, literally every weekday, maintenance is mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding, watering plants, and on top of all of that, handling any concerns we have! I had an ant issue a couple of weeks ago, and not only did someone spray the outside within a day, but a professional will be coming in the unit every so often to professionally spray inside!

I’ve been a tenant at Hathaway Farms for 6 years. There’s a reason for that - the property, the community, and the management are all uniformly excellent. The property itself is impeccably maintained, as is evident from the awesome landscaping in the spring/summer to the diligent snow removal come the winter time.
I have been in the same townhouse unit for my stay here, which has always been attended to promptly by the maintenance staff. I’ve never lived at a place so friendly and personable - the maintenance staff remember your name, and are always happy to offer a wave in the morning.

I was new to the area last year...looking for a convenient and well maintained apartment. Hathaway Farms turned out to be a great fit! Close to downtown and everything you need--shopping, take-out, banking, etc.
I was extremely impressed (not an easy thing to accomplish) with the staff--both the office staff as well as the maintenance crew. Incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly. I had 2 issues I needed help with during my time there and both were completed before I arrived home from work that day. And areas were all cleaned up after work had been completed.

Easy living in Northampton! I recently lived at Hathaway Farms Townhomes for close to five years. The unit itself (I was in a 2 BR/1 BA -- the living room, kitchen, and dining room downstairs, the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs) was very well laid out with a shared patio behind the unit. Stackable washer/dryer. Location provided easy access to everything. Neighbors are friendly. Grounds are very well maintained throughout the year including snow removal -- parking lots and walkways to every single doorstep, never a concern in my five years there.
