Brand new, great appliances and so many great amenities. Love sitting at the fire pits with my friends and I like not having to travel all the way to campus to work out at a gym. It is always clean and the staff is amazing!

Renters BEWARE. Disappointing. The promise of a $300.00 incentive appears to be a “bait and switch “ situation. Numerous emails and phone calls made looking for incentive with no real answers but a lot of administrative “brush off”. When you ask for additional information, you are told it’s due to a third party delay. When you ask for this name/number so you can follow up, it is not provided. 3 months rent of 850.00 paid and no receipt of this promotion.
Facility is newer and well kept. Parking appears limited unless you want to add an additional 25.00 monthly.
Most definitely not recommending

The area is gorgeous and was not what I was expecting when I heard about it! I helped my sibling move in and the staff was super nice and helpful! The rooms were super clean and safe for everyone moving in! There's plenty of space in the rooms and they're all ready to move in!

Awful management. Have only had negative experiences with them. The apartments themselves are nice, all new appliances. I do think they are overpriced as being advertised as student housing.

I find it suspicious that most of the positive reviews for North 116 were posted 9 months ago, when the property only opened 4 months ago and has only had occupants since then(mid august 2020). 9 months ago it was a construction site. If you are a prospective tenant I would take those with a grain of salt.

As a renter of a single apartment I've had an amazing experience. I would highly recommend North 116 to anyone. The facilities are beautiful and efficient. I am especially a fan of the fitness center and the outside seating. Very hard working and friendly staff. They in my opinion all deserve a raise.

Poor and misleading communication. Ask LOTS of questions about just what is included before signing the lease.

Was under the impression that the 2br apartment my daughter was signing up for was $1335 per month and she would split that with a roommate. Come to find out AFTER we were made to sign a lease to even apply that it’s per BED! Now either we have to break the lease or my daughter has to quit school this year to afford that amount! Called the office two months before the move in date to try to cancel and they tell me to do nothing and hopefully someone will but it out. Very disappointed with the clarity and then how it’s handled causing my daughter to have full blown depression right now
