Drew brought to the table all the qualities you could ask for in a real estate professional -- prompt, responsive, engaging, and knowledgeable. The process of selling or buying property (whether as a homebuyer or investor) can already be stressful and overwhelming. It was great to partner with someone that was able to ensure the experience was as pleasant as possible.

Worked with Jim Algar. He was honest, up front, and I wouldn't want to be on the other end of negotiating with him. We found a property we felt had some promise, and Jim helped us get that home for the price we felt it was worth and felt comfortable paying. There were bumps along the way (as there usually is with real estate) and Jim expertly navigated us through them. We used some of his preferred vendors as well and were happy with their services.
