I haven't been to 20/20 optometric in a long time. I needed to get in pretty quickly and the office staff found me an appointment within the week with Dr. Wong. I was a little skeptical because I hadn't had this doctor before. But once I was checked in and all the pretests were done Dr. Wong called my name.

I was referred here a year ago after not seeing an eye doctor for many years. I had a great experience! The staff is wonderful. Everyone is so pleasant & helpful. The doctor really made me feel comfortable & explained every process in detail. I love how the staff are so patient when choosing frames & they offer help in picking out the perfect pair.
That experience brought me back again today. I won't be going anywhere else.

Dr. Casa grande is a nice guy, HOWEVER, the front office business practices are something to be desire.
In the middle of 2020, I purchased 2 separate sets of glasses based on the recommendations of Casagrande. I went back to get them fitted, and they cause me to develop vertigo. Needless to say they were worthless to me.
Now 2021, I go in tell the doctor...he telling me he's going to make it right. So I go to get new lenses in these frames, and am told to sign a waiver. I feel that I was taken for a ride and am beyond upset at the continuing attitude by the office manager.

I have been going to 20/20 Optometric for many years and would not trust my eyes to anyone but Dr. Casagrande. My appointment begins on time and is completed in a timely fashion. If new glasses or sunnies are needed, they have the newest fashion choices right on site, as well as a variety of contacts lenses. They accept many insurance plans, as well as cash. Best of all, the office staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable as they guide clients through their eye care visit. Today was my first visit at 20/20. I had a great experience from the moment I walked through the door. Everyone that I came in contact with was awesome, helpful and easy to talk to. My appt was fast and I appreciate all the information I was given about my eyes. There was a.great selection to choose from when it came to picking my frames and I'll be sure to recommend 20/20 to my Family and Friends! Thank you 20/20.

I am giving this review specifically for an employer named Esmeralda. I left a response on their website after I purchased my glasses, this is for when I came in to get them. Esmeralda was just as professional as she was the first to me. She made suggestions, she showed me how the glass would look in the sun without me having to do outside and also replaced my nose pads when the standard ones were uncomfortable. After installing the new pad, she wasn't happy until they were perfect.
Well done Esmeralda. See you in a couple of years, but look for my husbands this year

Unimaginably bad experience here.
Order was promised in 7 days but took 13.
No one apologized for the delay.
No one called me to let me know their would be a delay (I had to call them several times)
When the lenses were finally ready:
The lenses were scratched.
The coatings were flawed and clearly showed areas that were uncoated.
The young female optician dispensing the glasses was clearly inexperienced and annoyed I actually realized the lab does sub par work.
The lab manager was extremely rude.
The lab manager did not wear a mask.
The lab manager demanded I pay an additional fee

I had an appointment for 3:45pm today. I arrived at 3:35pm and was promptly greeted. I completed the required paperwork for a returning customer and sat down. A few minutes past 4pm, I was called back for the screening which was quick. I returned to the waiting room and sat waiting until 4:30pm when I finally approached the receptionist to ask when it would be my turn. The young lady went to the back and came back to advise me that I was next. She proceeded to take me back and Dr. C arrived; his exam lasted

Asked if I could switch some frames I bought a day after I got them because I didn't really like them since I was wearing a mask when picking them out , THEN THIS RUDE WORKER NAMED LIZ GAVE SO MUCH ATTITUDE HAVING TO SWITCH MY FRAMES, stalled with the process and when I finally got them she was snarky and didn't even give me a new case that fits the frames. Waited over 50 minutes after my appointment time. Many people in here. The treatment by Dr Casagrande is so amiable that it seems he is your neighbor or someone you see everyday.
I still like him.as a de but the wait is what drive me nuts. I had reminders to make an appointment for. The begining of the year. I never did. I had texts and emails reminding me of an appointment. Finally I did and I still had appt.reminders even a few hours before the appointment. Then I find myself waiting for 59 minutes before seeing the doctor. I can't understand why.

Went in to my appointment today and couldn't believe how rude the receptionist was. I was told to sit in a certain chair (social distancing) and I told her I'd rather not, but I would stand next to it. I'm an immunosuppressed lung transplant patient and Dr.'s lobby chairs (any lobby for that matter) are very dangerous to me so I generally stand. She then said in a very loud, nasty tone of voice "You can just wait outside then."
Guess what? This dump is not the only game in town. Cancelled my appointment on the spot. I've now got a new optometrist and have my appointment

I gave this vendor the lowest rating due to their dishonesty. Have exceptional insurance thru work...so get new glasses every year. In 8 yrs have never paid anything...insurance covered every pair. Because of this when I went to this location, I foolishly did not even ask what my cost would be. I ordered what I usually do. Imagine my surprise of a $800 bill, after insurance! What a RIP off! Clearly they charge whatever they want!

I'm a little disappointed pastvtwo years. My mom, daughter, husband go to this doctor. I been going to them since 1997 and I referred family and friends to this office. The past two years things have changed so much. I don't even know where to beginning. I was advised I only been going to that office the past few years. Any records prior to that where no longer in the office per the office manager. Three years ago they talked me into getting a special brand of contacts been a coupon will be issued to get $70 back. I had a total of 3 visits to order a pair of glasses.
1st visit: it was the end of the day, the technician didn't talk much and seemed like she really liked her job! (Being sarcastic here) I put in my order and was told it'll be ready in two weeks, it was a special order, frame they did not have in stock. That's fine.
2nd visit: Came in near the end of the day, waited an hour. The technicians were talking a lot and the DR came out to help them get things moving. He sat me at a table where the technician who was suppose to help me was still finishing the order for the person before

Dr. Casagrande is by far the best out there in this world I am so grateful that he is here he saved my eyesight when contacts were fitted too tight on me from another place. I had the miss fortune of having to go somewhere else this past year so glad that I'm able to come back to

I have been going here for a little over 3 years. Can you wait? Yes. But is it worth it? Absolutely.
Do call and schedule your appointment months in advance. I have learned. He is a GREAT doctor and is in high demand. So you can't get mad that you weren't responsible to schedule an appointment
My puppy chewed on my glasses so the doctor was about to give me a great discount on a pair and I will able able to pick them up on Monday (ordered on a Friday).

I have been going to Dr. Casagrande since I was about 14 or 15 years old prior before that my dad and I would go to Dr. Sal Mendolsa which is a different review in it, itself.
Anywho the quality of patient care is outstanding. I have never met an eye doctor so patient and understanding who actually cares about his patients and eyes.
