There is no waitress to take the order and serve you. Everyone has to line up with the go to people to order at the cashier. I did know and sit at the table. I asked for menu and she ignored me. At lease she should tell me how to order. She might laugh at me at the back. I sit for 20 min and realized the routine. The noodle is good but service is bad. This is not liked a regular restaurant. It is a take out place.

I’ve been coming here for years and LOVE it. The office is always clean, staff is super friendly, Dr. Hayashi is phenomenal. The variety of top brand glasses to choose from make it more fun. Always get compliments. Best part yet is when you arrive to your scheduled appointment, your wait is minimal.

Incredible experience at Dr. Hayashi’s office. Staff is so professional and friendly. During these times of COVID they play close attention to disinfecting and keeping their office clean and safe for their patients. I appreciate that. I have to say that since I moved to the Fresno area I have not had any good experience with another optometrist getting my prescription right. My eyes are challenging to diagnose additionally I have astigmatism. My prescription is far from easy to get correct. This is the main reason I am writing this review. Staff her are extremely kind and courteous. I didn’t have to wait very long at all to begin the tests prior to seeing the doctor. Doctor Hayashi is extremely thorough with his explanations! I didn’t feel rushed at all and he answered all my questions. He is very personable and charismatic. The staff are friendly and readily available to assist without being pushy about purchasing from their office, unlike other optometrist offices I visited in the past. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone looking for a new optometrist. I will begin to recommend him to friends and family.

Everyone here is very nice, courteous, and professional. They also take the proper measurements to keep everything clean and safe. Doctor Hayashi was knowledgeable and helpful. What I enjoyed the most was how personable and outgoing he was. He really took the time to get to know me, and this stood out for me. I wasn't just someone else he had to see today. I am confident that I will continue to come here for all my eye care needs.

Roger is THE man. He LISTENS, he's thorough, he takes into account my preferences (like not wanting progressives, and wanting a reduced Rx while still having a strong enough Rx to be safe), he asks incredibly intelligent questions in order to best serve his patients' needs (like he suggested my hubby get some special glasses for very near work with firmware circuit boards, and hubby LOVES them!). I had gone to a different O.D. in a very large Fresno practice who insisted I needed monovision contact lenses. I did NOT want that! I APPRECIATE that Roger let me know all my options as well as the pro

I love that Dr. Hayashi takes his time to meet his patients and go through everything and anything demonstrating what's going on. Talking to him made me understand the importance of my eyes. I wouldn't change my doctor anymore. Finally found the OD I've been looking for :] and the fact that the staff is great is also a big plus !
