NO STARS...please don't use this company. They were supposed to be the receiving end of a delivery that started in MI. Art work valued over 20K.
The delivery was going to condo building. They let a maintenance man sign for delivery which then ended up in a garage. Seriously....they made no attempt to contact me, resolve the problem etc.....This isn't a joke and I truly hope you wont' consider using this company.

I haven't Yelped in years but my experience was so terrible, I decided I had to.
I just moved from Boston to South Florida.
I literally had the same experience as Diana C. Well, almost the same, considering she received her furniture. I did not.
After countless phone and speaking to a variety of ill-informed people they still did not understand my delivery needs.
I ordered a couch from Wayfair and I also agree that they change their Delivery Service provider, as this company is giving them an awful name. I personally had never ordered from Wayfair, so my impression of them is also negative

These guys use AAA Cooper Transportation. Because of that they have earned one star.
Read below so you too can understand the enjoyment of working with AAA Cooper Transportation.
I had a delivery scheduled for Friday... No delivery received.
I called the home office Saturday after being hung up on 5 times throughout Friday. The ACT AAA Cooper home office sent an email... No response by AAA Cooper in Houston.
Called and spoke with the group on Monday. They apologized multiple times and set a new appointment for Tuesday 8am-12pm.
No delivery by 2pm. I called and spoke with them at 2pm and they

I ordered a piece of furniture online at Wayfair and it was to be delivered by GLB Solutions. Why a great company like Wayfair would use this terrible delivery company is beyond me. These guys were very late, rude and disrespectful. They are clearly dishonest and I would hope Wayfair would rethink their choice in delivery companies. After all, these people, like it or not, represent them! Wake up Wayfair!
