Through diligence and hard work, Jerry has fostered B.A.K.E.'s growth from a small organization running out of a small storage facility to our current location in our 40,000 sq. David has been in the bakery equipment business for most of his life. Dave is a "hands-on" officer, traveling all over the country to perform equipment installations and provide customer service.
When he's able to pull himself away from work, Dave enjoys spending time with his teenage daughter. Jerome represents the third generation to choose a career at B.A.K.E. Jerome graduated with a B.S.B.A. in Operations Management from UT Martin and studied extra accounting hours at Tennessee State University.

Services
Generally there is a three week lead time on all orders. Some orders are subject to product availability depending upon your location and delivery requirements. All new equipment comes with the manufacturer's warranty and is handled directly with the manufacturer. Reconditioned equipment comes with a 30-day warranty on defective parts from the date the equipment is received.

Last year Dave helped me out installing an oven I bought at auction. He was amazingly helpful even though I had not purchased the oven from him. This year when I needed another oven I knew who to call. Dave is amazingly knowledgeable about ovens and just about every other piece of equipment in your kitchen. Dave is a pleasure to work with and he takes care of his customers. The only bummer was that Dave's brother Jerry did not come along for the last install. B.A.K.E. is a great company to work with.
