We base pawn loan amounts on the value of your item. Our expert employees have decades of experience in appraising the value, based on its current condition and market value. We use all the research tools we have at our disposal to determine an item's value and get you the most money we can. The appraisal process varies depending on the type of items for example, jewelry is evaluated differently than a DVD player.

I went into the store at lunch and they gave me one price I come back in at 4 pm and I am told the price is $100.00 more for the item. Told the manager I was told the lower price at lunch time by the same employee that had told me the lower price and I am told the price is $100.00 more so I just walked out with the cash in my pocket.

Buyer beware, this place is a massive rip off. Google what these item go for used before you buy because when i was in there they had an item in the case priced for $100 OVER new MSRP. when I inquired about the pricing the smug used car salesman type shrugged his shoulders and wouldn't offer a reasonable price. looking forward to watching this place go out of business.

I would put no stars but one is the lowest option.
They will gaslight the hell out of you to bring in your stuff to get it looked at then go straight for offering you a quarter of what they quoted.
Even had the audacity to lie and say there's one on eBay way cheaper while I had the current cheapest eBay option opened up on my phone.

Very nice, clean and helpful staff. When I've called in looking for a particular item they are sure to check the store and other locations to help you find what you are looking for. They are very well informed on the most up to date items so they won't sell you something that isn't in excellent working conditions. I've sold some items in the past and bought from this location. Each time has been a positive experience. I would definitely recommend them for used electronics, instruments, and jewelry.

Do not go here I tested the waters and took 1k diamonds earrings, 14k gold ring, citizen watch 2nd armani exchange watch. The lady offered me 100 dollars and couldn't even hold a straight face. I expected to get low balled cause that's what pawnshops do but 100 for like 3k with of stuff. Went to another shop and they offered me 150 just for the ring.

This place has the worse Management/Owner I have ever dealt with. David is rude and arrogant just because he owns a business. I filed a complaint via email and explained my circumstances, and David was so rude, he over talked me and was very unprofessional. He talked about his high tech video cameras and what he owns, etc., He never acknowledged that his Manager could be wrong. He also stated that she knows me...Really? David the owners response was "I own your purses"! Wow! He never acknowledged that his Manager Denise was wrong for not following up with a return call. He told me that

Everything here is overpriced,manager doesn't come down on price, I guess she doesn't believe in depreciation of merchandise value. I've been there on different occasions in the morning and there's usually someone getting yelled at in the back. I understand taking care of business but there's no reason to do it while customers are there. Feel sorry for my favourite workers from there, they're deeply under appreciated. Would not go there looking for any sort of deals!
