I called in and told them my name lady was extremely rude. Her words were, I KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND I TURNED YOU DOWN. Y would you act like you have a personnel anger issue. If you don't want to do business with me then say so dont be rude and sound like you hate the world. The lady I am referring to is Pamela. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to get a loan. I am a customer and paying you to borrow money not the other way around VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

It is kinda dumb that they're only open from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Why not until 5:30pm so people can actually come by after work?!? I mean, if we don't work we can't pay you back, so?? I agree, the previous employees were way nicer. The new person isn't willing to work with you and does not talk to customers in a friendly tone. Uhh, who do you think pays your salary and keeps the lights on?!? The customers paying interest on their loans pay the bills, so you need to be more accommodating; especially to those of us that you never have to chase down for payments.

RUDE BUSINESS WITH AMERICAN EAGLE LOANS!
THE NEW EMPLOYEE who works at Eagle Bank Loans at the (Guadalupe) location, ATX is VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!!
Today (2/19/19) I called to make my loan payment as I do every month, and I had to just ask her WHY she is so rude and she didn't even explain or apologized! I asked to speak to her manager and she says that shes the only one in the office which I find that hard to believe! I am going to have to walk in person to address the situation with management very soon. They need to at least speak to her when dealing with the customers! I really
