Very professional and quality service. They were a pleasure to work with and got my vehicle back to me in a very timely manner.

Took my truck in to get a fuel issue diagnosed & the mechanic figured it out in about 10 minutes. The part was ordered & arrived the next day.
Dropped the truck off at 8am and they had it ready at 10:45am same day.
One of the staff members even drove me to work so I didn’t have to wait in the lobby.
Not only did they properly diagnose & repair the issue but they also filled my tank up full to make sure the repair had worked.
I will definitely be using this shop for all repairs in the future.

Great shop all the way around. Steve is straightforward and trustworthy. The gal in the office (I feel terrible I don’t have her name) was wonderful to work with. They do what they say when they say and I feel like I got more than my money’s worth for the work I had done. I’ll always take my trucks to Coyner’s!

We were passing through Spokane on a road trip. Our water pump went out after we got gas. It was leaking coolant EVERYWHERE. It was early and luckily we were down the street from Coyner’s. We made it there and Steve came out immediately after we pulled up, even through it was a couple minutes before they were set to open. He asked us what was wrong and got to work figuring out the problem. Within 20 minutes he had a quote ready for us and it was affordable. We felt taken care of. After asking how long it would take he said he ordered the part and it will be done in an hour. We were amazed! While

I'm giving 5 stars because that's the most amount of stars allowable. In a world where exemplary customer service and going the extra mile seem to be going by the way side, this company knows what it means to retain that. Dropped my truck off to have an issue addressed, when they found the issue to be suspension related, they recommended me to Bison Tire because of their expertise in that area - they not only didn't charge me for the inspection they did on my vehicle, they dropped my truck off at Bison Tire for me so I wouldn't have to come out there to do it. I'd have zero hesitation coming back
