Our Full Service Package is the "Creme de la Creme" of Wedding Planning. It begins with a location scouting trip, the complete creative vision & wedding design, layouts for all events, hiring & management of all wedding vendors, negotiation of contracts, detailed budget management, and, of course, everything included in the Partial Planning and Day-of Planning Packages.
Our Partial Planning Package is the "Bee's Knees", perfect for the couple who needs a bit of creative inspiration to plan their wedding the way they want it. It offers design, styling, and planning services. Our design process begins with a meeting to discuss your event, inspirations, dreams, and wishes.
Our Month-of Wedding Planning Package is the "Cat's Meow", perfect for couples who are able to do most of the planning themselves. They understand the basics of wedding planning and are comforatble booking the vendors themselves, but as their wedding day approaches, they would like a little time to relax and enjoy their last few weeks as an engaged couple.

Tara has worked many many times at Mountain House Estate. What I find outstanding about Tara is her professionalism and her calming spirit. She's always on top of what's happening and what needs to happen next.

Honestly Tara was our absolute most favorite vendor for personality, value, and just making the whole wedding way less stressful. She helped us have the most perfect day which was amazing considering how stressful it was to plan a wedding during this uncertain pandemic with so many rules constantly changing. We had her for "day of" services which was really more of a 2 weeks prior planner. She also was available for consulting immediately after booking her with no associated upcharges. She spent a lot of time helping us organize and budget for our wedding. It was really an amazing experience working

I cannot begin to praise Tara Ybarra enough for all she did for me and my family during my daughter's recent wedding in Geyserville, California. Tara is incredibly organized, responsible, responsive, tactful and kind all at the same time. Everything she promised she'd do, she delivered on! Tara was amazing. We wanted a less traditional wedding and that meant a lot of moving parts - and a lot of coordination. Tara handled the chaos, organized it, and made the wedding we wanted possible.
Tara made great recommendations all aspects of the weekend, from the flow of the events to vendors and helpers.
Tara also handled our flowers and much of our decor for us. It was beautiful and saved us a lot of money.
I am probably forgetting some of the things Tara did for us, because there were so many. Simply, Tara is amazing.

Tara made our day perfect. I didn't think I needed a coordinator but the venue my husband and I were married at required a day-of coordinator.

My initial meeting with Tara went great! She impressed my fiancé and I very much with all her promises of me not having to worry about anything. We hired Tara for our day of wedding coordinator. Everything was fabulous until the day of the rehearsal.
At rehearsal, she didn't really seem to be able to manage my bridal party and they all stated that they were confused by the way she was explaining things. It seemed disorganized.

Tara is wonderful to work with. I have worked on several weddings with her as a coordinator. She is sweet, creative and very innovative with her ideas. She makes the process fun and I always feel like she has everything under control. She brings a certain sort of sparkle to everything she works on. I hired her for an event of my own and was so impressed with her organization and energy. Tara and Ybarra Events are absolutely amazing! I hired Tara to be our day of coordinator after realizing all of the planning and details were too much for us to take on alone. Tara to the rescue!
