My mother used Comfort Zone when she needed assistance due to mobility issues. For minimal care, such as needing someone to run errands, light cleaning, etc., I think this provider is good. BUT, when my mother had a stroke and her care became more intensive and challenging, this company wasn't equipped with the qualified staffing and policy support that my mother needed. A major issue was that after my mother's stroke, her personality changed drastically and her behavior could be challenging. These aids should have been trained and provided support with how to deescalate situations especially when

I had a great experience. Barbara is awesome and always polite and accessible. Barbara information is accurate and always on point she goes out of her way to make sure that the caregiver and the client is taken care of . She provides and have most if not all of the information and resources I needed to do the jobs she’s a great resource for Comfort Zone.
