My Independence at HOME understands that there may come a time when you or a loved one needs home care assistance. Founder and CEO Lisa Robinson is a Veteran of the United States Army and Philadelphia native with more than 12 years' experience in the finance industry who has been able to apply her professionalism and skills to the home care industry.
Her role affords her the opportunity to work closely with the elderly and adults with physical and intellectual developmental disabilities, particularly those in low-income communities; a demographic she feels is grossly underserved and to which she is totally committed.

My experience with this company was horrible. Keon Ward was very disrespectful and he does not have the knowledge of the business that he portrayes to have. Also; when speaking to caregivers he is very rude and unprofessional. Mr.Ward never called me back. He always had someone else call me. I complained to the owner and she did absolutely nothing. She was just as clueless as him ! I finally got tired of the unprofessional manner of this company and took my business to Always best care.

My experience with this company was not good. I found the staff to be very rude , disrespectful and very unorganized. They have absolutely no structure or communication which leaves the client without the proper care and attention. When you report the staff to the owner she defends the rudeness of her staff and does not show any care or compassion to the clients needs. If you are not satisfied with her aides she will terminate your service. The aides are not held to any standard of respect , be on time or treat clients and family with respect in fact again the owner defends the mistreatment that

My grandmother has received phenomenal services from this company. As a student, I was not able to be around a lot but with the help of My Independence at Home, she was able to receive amazing services and be under care of loving, thoughtful professionals. This company is amazing and they get the job done.

I received services from My Independence at Home when I came out of the hospital after surgery and I have never been happier. I had the best aide!
She was always on time, never rejected anything I needed done and was always pleasant and professional. They always responded quick when I called and had a question about anything. I will recommend My Independence at Home to my family, church friends and neighbors. They are awesome!

Yes I have a daughter she works for me because I'm disabled and I get 6 hours a day and the work that my daughter does for me I think she deserve a little more money how much do y'all start the home health aides off can you please give me some kind of answer thank you have a blessed day because I'm thinking about changing to your agency because I'm going to need more hours they just give me six hours during the morning time I need at least Sousa for more extra hours in the evening time to put me to bed and fix my dinner so just come in and let me know how she go do she have to do any training so
