Excellent experience! Very easy to schedule online, received an immediate response confirming ride. Driver showed up on time, van was in great condition, driver loaded bags, he was pleasant and respectful and wore a mask the entire trip. Very uneventful which is exactly what you want on an early morning drive to airport! Our return flight was also scheduled at same time and even with our flight delayed 3 times and then 30 min on tarmac after landing at midnight the driver was proactive reaching out to us to let us know he was there and exactly where he was parked. Same great experience on drive

Great experience July-August 2021. On time pick-up of our family of 5, plus lots of bags, very early morning to PDX; ditto upon evening return--driver texted us when we landed and told us exactly where he was parked, right outside of baggage claim in the ground transportation loop. Large vehicles, so space was no issue. Paid driver by credit card each way (tipped cash). Clean cars; friendly but quiet drivers. Very affordable. Stress free. Highly recommend.

For many years, our family of four - two adults, two kids - has ridden to and from the airport with Simon Says when we travel.
They are punctual; yes, early morning flights, too!
They have booster seats available for kids.
They are courteous and kind.
And, to top it all off, their rates are competitive and offer great value!
