After receiving a bachelor's degree from Norwich University, Dr. Cusanello earned his DMD at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He then completed an extensive post-doctoral program in Prosthodontics at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Cusanello provides the highest standard of care for all his patients and is passionate about continuing education for both himself and others.

Dr. Cusanello is a former clinical instructor at Harvard University School of Dental Medicine in the Prosthodontics department.

Lexington Prothodontics is reliable and trustworthy service for complicated dential issues. Dr. Cusanello performed inlay over ten years ago that has held up w/o problems. Recently craked a tooth and office policy is to save as much of original tooth and inserted a crown to my satisfaction. Conservative approach to dental procudures is a practice putting patients first.

Best dental practice in my experience. Everyone working there is professional & extremely caring. Dr. David Cusanello is an extraordinary dentist. The office is lovely & the equipment is state of the art. He’s been my dentist for many years. A friend recommended him to me when the previous dentist I was seeing for dental implant work was not providing me with the expert care I needed.
