Dr. Marco Ellis has years of experience performing chin surgery both as a standalone procedure or in conjunction with other procedures (e.g., neck liposuction, rhinoplasty, face lift). The most common indication for chin surgery is microgenia, a chin point that is relatively short for the face and has little projection.

Under the care of Dr Ellis, I suffered a bottom out of a breast implant, and then subsequently in the revision to fix that I also suffered implant exposure. The stress of all this was only maximized by NMH and their billing department who despite getting pre authorizations covering all surgical procedures in their entirety, decided to change how they coded them after the actual operations, and then attempted to saddle me with bills ranging from 7 thousand dollars, to over 20 thousand dollars, which weeks and months to resolve and get them to bill correctly. While he and his staff are friendly and

Dr. Ellis is one of the most welcoming and articulate surgeons I have met. Despite how busy I’m sure he is he didn’t rush through our initial consult. He performed my breast augmentation a week prior to this review. The staff in his office are outgoing and professional. From our first consult they informed me everything I needed to know which answered any questions I may have had. As far as results granted it’s only been a week, I am beyond satisfied! The procedure was quick and painless. The soreness is about a 2 on scale 1-10. Very natural appearance. Northwestern Medicine as a whole is

I had Dr. Ellis perform a skin graft post skin cancer and 18 months later, still regret it. Not only was the donor site cut open crooked but it didn’t heal properly which should have been the easiest part of the procedure - to the point where other plastic surgeons since had admitted the poor skill level. The skin graft is still drastically scarred 18 months post surgery and does not look like a plastic surgeon’s work. I’ve had to get multiple corrective procedures, laser treatments, etc. to try to undo what he did and have not been successful. Aside from his skill, his bedside manner and

Dr. Marco Ellis is amazing!!!!!! When I went to see him I was at the lowest point imaginable but he turned all that around for me.
He is very thorough he made sure I understood everything that was going on with my situation. The visit was not rushed and every questionanswered.
Dr. Ellis has a very calm and relaxed disposition. He put me at ease and made it comfortable so that I did not feel embarrassed about my situation.
Dr. Ellis is very kind and patient. He makes himself available so that if there are any questions after the visit I are able to contact him.

Dr. Ellis performed my Brest reduction. I had been researching for years on the procedure. I came across Dr. Ellis during my research and I am so happy that I made the decision to contact his office to schedule a consultation. Dr. Ellis performed my surgery after the shelter in place was lifted in Chicago. I went from a N cup to a C cup, which is a very large transition. Dr. Ellis was great during the entire process giving information on all aspects of the surgery. Since, I had my surgery during COVID-19, none was allowed in my room and I had to prep for it alone. Dr. Ellis and staff was great

Dr. Ellis is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and his bedside manner is great, which is very important to me. His staff is also amazing. They're very responsive and they make you feel that you're in good hands. I'm a breast cancer survivor and he has been cleaning up a previous surgeon's mess and he has done great work. I'm very happy to be under his care.

My healing has been at Godspeed and my complications were minimal. I had over 20lbs of skin removed my service was Muscle Repair, abdominoplasty, pannilectomy ,and some liposuction. Karin, Erica and Dr. Ellis worked seamlessly to perfect me. I'm not sure if they know they are my hero&apos

I recently saw Dr. Ellis for a lip lift procedure. In the past, I've done lip fillers to add some extra volume to my lips. I wanted to try something with a more subtle and natural look and was introduced to the lip flip. Dr. Ellis explained that rather than injecting filler into the lip, the use of Botox along the upper lip would relax the muscles and they would start to flip upward. Within a day I noticed a difference. This is an amazing alternative for those wanting to add volume in a different way. No downtime either! I didn't need to ice, had no bruising or pain afterwards. I first met Dr Marco Ellis in 2017 during my battle with breast cancer. He assisted my breast cancer surgeon Dr Hansen with my double mastectomy. I later on became a patient of Dr Ellis when it became time for my breast reconstruction surgery. Dr Ellis told me that it would be best to do my procedures in steps, instead of everything at once. Dr Ellis did my latissimus flap surgery. It turned out GREAT! I did not have any complications. 3 months later I got my breast implants! I was not expecting the results I was given because my cancer was aggressive. I actually have breasts again and they look
